lol im such a noob now i need to know how to get tilesets

You can download them from this site. Go to the main page and look on the left side... there should be a link to the tilesets section of the database. Simply download one that you like and unzip it. It will either be in .qst format of .zgp format. If it is in .qst format, simply open it and you're done. If it is in .zgp format, then you have to start a new quest, and go to File -> Import -> Graphics Pack. Then, select the name of the file and presto! Instant tileset.

Also, since you're new, I'd recommend the New BS tileset. It's very newbie-friendly.
