The main inspiration for this quest is due to my experience with playing Link's quest for the Hookshot 2 created by Moosh, which remains today to be one of my favorite quests, and the closest quest I have come to ever beating. (I'll lost inspiration after beating Moosh's Way, but I'll still beat it).

I told a forum member here some plans I have with this quest, and instantly he said "You must have played Link's Quest for the Hookshot 1" for one of my ideas which is similar to that of what appeared in that game. This wasn't true because I've never played or know anything about the first one, but it's an interesting coincidence, that is for certain.

Makes me want to play Hookshot 1 now.

But anyways, I'm getting off track, but I plan on using many of the things I've learned from Hookshot 2 as a guide for building this quest (at least for the segments I will be working on). I am considering on making this a joint project, some negotiation is already in order.

Yes, I agree about Links quest for the hookshot 2 being a great quest! I am still stuck in level 4, because of the patras, but I enjoyed it so far.
LQftH1 isn't nearly as good in my opinion as the sequel, but still you can easily tell they are made by the same author when playing it.
