If Lanmolas are spawned either by a scripted function (CreateNPCAt() etc), or on a screen with enemy spawn flags, let it default to those over their hardcoded location. Right now even if you move the head segment after spawning it, the body will still use its hardcoded spawn location and not update until the head has moved a little bit.
