I try for at least 3-5 per hour regardless of tileset. When I work in Classic I tend to get 10-15 done per day of work.
How many screens do you get done in a day

I can get up to about 20 basic outlines or 8 fully detailed screens in an hour when I'm really focused. But when does that ever happen for me? I'm usually working on the graphics and scripts.

Haha, depends on a day! But I'm very slow so I don't get more than about 10 screens done / day. I wish I was like DFW who can make about 50 screens in an hour.

Depends on the tileset. In clasic, I crank out about three screens every minute. With DoR, it depends. I often times crank out a lot of screens, and then go back in and add details to them. And it depends on how focused I am.

Hmm... 3-5.
As I've said, I use HOURS on every screen...
I scrap it, rebuild it, scrap it, rebuilds it, then does that ten times...
Then I have the screen I want!
Wow, obsessive-compulsive, much?
When I really work on my quests, I can get quite a few done. Finished almost all of Eima Forest, in HF, in a couple days, and that's 8x8 screens (Not completely, but most of it). In Tears of Heaven, it takes a bit longer, because the tiles are slightly harder to use. On average, I can get 15-20 screens done

I'm never done with my screens. Seriously, I feel like I finished a screen, only to come back to it days later and do some major improvements.
Also, I'd say maybe 7 screens and hour. I could probably bump that up to 15 or so if my combos weren't so unorganized. I've got half of my cliff tiles on one page, then the rest two pages away, and same with my trees.

I notice a lot of people set goals for themselves... I guess for some it motivates them to try even harder, but for me it just makes me feel restricted. I always like having as much time as I need to get things done.

Well when I had a fuctioning computer with ZC, I didn't always make one screen everyday, usually I improve detail of my other screens, and when i'm in the mood to make screens I usually make a couple to begin with, and I later expand the screens for the world i'm working on, so, the amount of screens I make is pretty much random depending on my plans and stuff.
