when ever I open the quest creator it wireds out. help?

Like what do you mean? I can't help if I don't have much of a clue what's going on.

We need to know ZC version, and what OS you're using. I'm going to assume you're using XP and I'll point you in the direction of ZCLauncher.

Try downloading that and putting it in the same folder as ZC and use that to launch ZC.

I use 2000 and 2.10 it shows an error and says
-press a key-
then just shows it again

Did you try downloading ZCLauncher? I would also suggest using 2.10.2 if you wanna use 2.10. Find that here:

The most likely problem is that some of the quest/data files ZQ needs are missing or you have ones of a wrong version. Have you downloaded the full 2.10? (might want to redownload it)

If that doesn't help, what does the error say?
