Sometimes, the internet is REALLY REALLY slow, and I dont' know why. (NO I AM NOT DOWNLOADING ANYTHING AT ALL OR DOING ANYTHING THAT SLOWS DOWN THE FRIGGING COMP, cause I'm afraid if you reply like that -_-)
Also, sometimes, the internet doesn't work, then it works again, then it doesn't work, and so on.
I don't know why it does that.
Why is the ineternet slow?

If other computers are on the network they use your bandwidth and things will go slower for all of them.
I assume you have some form of broadband instead of dialup. If it's a wireless connection it's probably going to be a little flaky if you're too far away from the base station. Or, you have an unsecured wireless network and other people are getting into it.
If it's wired, then maybe it's your ISP. Or the sites you visit have slow servers. Or your router/modem needs replaced. There are tons of things that can cause sporadic connection behavior.
