I suck at drawing, especially circles. I just need a 16 pixel x 16 pixel (1 square) circle, taking up as much of the square as possible. Whenever I try, it ends up looking like a square on its side. If someone could make just a hollow circcle 16x16 pixels I would really appreciate it.

Um...if it helps, theres a circle tool in most drawing utilities.

SP, that is true, but it uses maths and so they don't come out exactly right since pixels have a set size.
