Billy Ronald: A bit plain. You're improving a LOT.
Migo: Good detail, but there's a tad too much open space.
ZebraStallion: Nice use of the DoR set. It wins MY vote.

I vote for Migokalle's screen shot description to be castrated. the description of the screen shot should only describe the screen shot and not directly attempt to influence peoples votes.
I voted for the last shot.
Yeah, and I wasn't being sarcastic at all...

AND I'M WINNING?
That's just amazing. I've never won before.
edit: Is it just my computer, or are the screen shots really dark? I can barely see Billy's, I can kind of see Migo's, and mine the subscreen and other parts of the screen are black. (which isn't supposed to happen...)

Mine is in Pure.

Not only that, but when you and I battle for the Screenshot of the Month title, you probably may even trump me. The fact that yours has a custom subscreen and mine doesn't already puts you in the lead.
Eh, but that's another topic. ^_^
You should feel proud that your hard effort paid off.

Well, I didn't make the gradient, Evile did.

on a side note, ZS, are you using scripts?... well obviously you are... i wrote a cutscene for you... ...
but you may want to think about using matthew's Lv2 water script, and making link able to drown in the lava if he touches it. just a thought.

Billy - I don't like to see objects like that brush ending right at the edge of the screen. I like to see mountains, water, and things branching off. Also you could add a few more trees to that brush (green stuff).
Zebra - I like it, but what I don't like about it is the straightforwardness, like the straight walls and boxyness of the flooring, plus it looks, just slightly a little bit cluttered for my tastes. Also the floor color changes look odd with no transition. You're good on detail.

I have a feeling Plissken is going to win this SOTM. Nobody can resist transparent water, especially in Pure.
