Believe it or not, for fun, I looked at over 200 top ten lists of most attractive video game females. The majority of the lists are from the United States. Some are from Mexico, France, and Japan. I got a score sheet and recorded them all. While the data is all lost now, I clearly remember the top seven are consistent while the other places are not consistant. From number 1 - 7 the most attractive video game women are.
1. Lara Croft
2. Tifa
3. Samus
4. Chun Li
5. Kasumi
6. Jill Valentine
7. Rayne
Before anyone looks at me weird, this all started off as a casual conversation between me and my cousin Thanksgiving of 2012. We were talking about who we though were hot and what other people considered hot. We concluded that popularity played a major role when people judge who is hot. Somehow the conversation shifted to fictional women and it got my interest. That weekend, I spent all day watching youtube and finding articles online on this subject. It was a pain to set up, but the results sure are interesting. Many of these characters are the first in their franchise.
