I wanted to share something I've been bit-by-bit for a few years (Almost a decade!) now. For now I just want to make this project known and get some feedback.
Features:
Extensive use of 8-bit color. A broad spectrum of tints, tones, and tertiary colors to add details to sprites.
This also allows for Overworld and Dungeon tiles to now have subtle texturing.
Newer versions of ZC have finally allowed bigger enemy sprites to be used!
Immediate Goals:
Clean up and polish more tiles.
Get Defaul 1st Quest fully working.
Import big Link sprite options.
A couple of working titles I have in mind are NeoBS and BeyondBS... Yet part of me questions if this qualifies as a "BS" Tileset given how heavily modified it is.
