Everyone took up bread avatars (exept me and Muppet) and began spamming (no offense) the thread with bread puns over a short period of time (> 150 posts within ~3 hours). It pretty much became a DS-quality thread.

Everyone took up bread avatars (exept me and Muppet) and began spamming (no offense) the thread with bread puns over a short period of time (> 150 posts within ~3 hours). It pretty much became a DS-quality thread.

The real explanation is that we started out just continuing all the bread puns, but then we were having so much fun that we kept going with it. ... for a long time, as you can see. That was why we closed it, to start the thread over again without so many bread puns. We were just having some fun, not "spamming." It happens once in a while. Sheesh, lighten up, would ya?

As for the avatar above me...

If anything's ever been spammed, it's that meme.

^ Bread puns aside, no sandwich is complete without two slices of bread. But honestly, why not change your avatar to something that's not bread? Because those bread puns in that other thread were really getting on my nerves.
(I know this meme is overused, but there are many other overused memes)

Basically, it was fun for everybody but you and Orin. Lighten up a bit. It's not like anybody was forcing you to read the thread or anything like that. You can't get so uptight just because somebody's having fun and it annoys you. Just walk away. Don't complain about it like this. Anyways...
