I need help to make more colours on the pallate, How can I do it?

Quests -> Graphics -> Palette -> Main/Level/Sprite -> Edit -> use the numeral key pad to change color values.

And, for future reference, "palette" is the correct spelling.
I'm really not a spelling Nazi, but palette has been misspelled too many times to count.
Anyway, when you edit the palettes, here's what the keys do:
7: Moves red value up
8: Moves blue value up
9: Moves green value up
1: Moves red value down
2: Moves blue value down
3: Moves green value down
