When you think of any embarrasing moments you did or something in your life.
How do you react?
Usually, I just get off topic in my head and start talking random stuff.
Sometimes I shiver for a milisecond and I just think about random stuff.

Embarrasing moments really do affect you huh?

If the embarrassing memory is not very far in time (10 years) then I simply become just like something embarrassing were happening me with now. However, if it was more than 10 years ago, it only annoys me a little. This thread brings back many embarrassing memories. Lucky that you didn't ask about our embarrassing moments, just how we react think about them... icon_shiver.gif

Exactly. It'll be all quiet at work, and if my imagination's gone into self-destruct, I'll sort of mumble something that has nothing to do with what's going on in the room, or curse.

People probably think I've got "slow Tourette's!" Not been fired so far! icon_lol.gif

Usually, I don't let embarrassing stuff take over me. Usually, if it's funny, I'll probably laugh for a good few minutes. It's like when I fart: I don't want to do it in public, but I let it ease out so no one hears me...then the person behind me or close to me flips out and thinks "Oh, God!" and that makes me bust out laughing.

Or if my mom wants to show my baby photos (if she still has them) to my friends, so they can laugh at me. Back then, I would've probably flipped, but these days, I'd probably be like "hey, sweet, I'm gonna post these on my MySpace!"

The best thing to do when you get embarrassed is to turn the situation around and make it in your favor. That's what I try and do, at least.

I usually look back and laugh if it wasn't severe. If it was something I felt absolutely terrible about, then I start feeling like an utter fool.

It's not too hard to shake the horrible ones from my mind, though. icon_razz.gif

Jeez... Bad memories coming back. THANKS ALOT icon_frown.gif [/sarcasm]
Usually I just think about killing whoever triggered it or whoever responded icon_kawaii.gif . Some memories just cannot be shook off and still kinda haunt me every now and then.

I don't get embarrassed, so I don't react. icon_wink.gif
