I heard that she was only going back to serve 20 days in jail.. is this true? Or are australians being told cheap crap again?
The funny bits are:
1. She's Paris Hilton.
2. She's in jail.
My mum hit the wall yesterday in anger when she heard Paris had been let out. So it's no big surprise she almost threw a party when she got sent back. Hooray, i say.
Paris Hilton...

It's nice to know she's hated all around the world.

Her original sentence was supposed to be 45 days, and I heard that it was decided that she would go back to finish out the remaining time on that, which at this point should be thirty some days. When you think our justice system is failing us, it sometimes comes back to fix it all. If she needs any medical or psychiatric help, she can get that while she is behind the bars. There is no need to let her out of jail for it. She violated her probation, so she most definitely deserves to do her time just like anybody else who does the exact same thing. It was all a surprise for her simply because she has lived her entire life being used to getting exactly what she wants. Hopefully she will learn something very valuable from this experience. If not, then she will be back again.

Honestly. I'm glad she went back into jail. Maybe it will change her... naw.
Anyhow. I was watching the news earlier, and I burst out laughing when she cried to her mother. It was flippin' hilarious.
Honestly, it serves her right. Just because she's a celebrity for the sole reason of her parents owning the Hilton Hotel franchise doesn't mean she's better than others. It's sad, though, because like Nathanial said, wealth is power. Paris seems to have a lot of money, therefor she has a lot of power.

I'm gonna throw a party now. Paris Hilton is simply a rotten freeloader. That's all.

Why do you all care?
For one, it's more her parents fault of spoiling the child, not paying attention to her beyond "heres some money, go out and have some fun" than her own. Seriously... if you had parents like that, how high do you think your morals would be?
Now, she's still a rich and spoiled ***** who has absolutly no positive contribution to society, so it's inevitable that she will get in trouble here and there, but considering it will most likely be self-damaging crimes, I don't give a ****.
It scares me that more people are concered/pissed off at this than they are at the possibility of Libby bieng pardoned for his crimes .

Oh, trust me, I'm thinking about Libby as well. It's just that I like her having to realize that the world doesn't revolve around her. Maybe she'll learn somthing from all this. (And yes, it is kinda fun watching her squirm)
