'Tis me again. What are sensitive warps? It appears that they work exactly like stairs, but there must be some distinguishing "sensitive" factor.

The "Sensitive" part implies that a very, very tiny amount of Link must be on the combo before you actually warp. Whereas most of you must be on an otherwise normal warp combo to warp, almost none of you needs to be on it to warp.

With the old movement style, you need to be exactly centered on top of a "Stair" combo in order to warp. That means you could walk straight across the top half -- or if you're horizontally halfway between combos, you could walk north/south over it -- and still not warp.
With Z3 movement style (diagonal), stair warps are slightly more sensitive by necessity (otherwise it would be nearly impossible to set them off unless you touch a wall in order to align yourself), but sensitive warps are naturally more sensitive by far.
Direct warps are somewhere in between, plus they ignore the blue warp square.
