Three areas are meeting up here. Preview of an upcoming quest?
(Base tileset not by me, some tiles here are by me though!)

Interesting decision, building your tower down into this cave.

I don't like where this is going...

Klop422: The screen seems a bit oversaturated to me and not sure about the puff clouds in the abyss. But very nice screen composition.
nicklegends: A bit too yellowish maybe? Also the mountain borders I like the least in GB Zelda. But I really dig the screen, totally want to explore it, voted here.
Sheik: Beautiful screen. The red/black/while contrast of the roof might be a bit much and the wooden roof of the well might be a bit plain. Also not sure about your note, do you mean the hole of the well? OoT-inspired?

This week has a really good batch, I think all of them are great *but it MIIIIGHT just be my bias for the GB/GBC era*.
Shane:
Really solids screen, I really enjoy the vines growing on those objects, and the face of those dead trees. That said, I think it might have enjoyed a few more green trees in this screen to better give the idea of "areas meeting".
klop422:
Its an interesting screenshot, the area seems nice, but something about that altered version of the classic set doesn't appeal to me. While I do have some problems removing this bias, trying to throw it aside, its still good to have some variety to the sets of screenshots.
nicklegends:
Its a really simple but really nice one. I don't have much to say about it but the area seems fun, so it makes me want to play, and thats a pretty good compliment from someone as lazy as me. Almost got my vote, but...
Sheik: I really enjoy this screen, the colors are good, the gossip stone transitioned surprisingly well, and that windmill looks so nice. I've been really impressed by your screens as of late, and this is no exception. Nothing earth-shattering but really pleasant to look at, so much that my vote will come and visit.

The note's part of what reads on the sign in front of the Well of Three Features in OoT's Kakariko village. And yes, that part of the map is decidedly OoT-inspired.
