@Alestance i set the glo and tried to walk of the edge and it did not work what do mean by sideview is it like sidescroling or somthing compleatly diferent

Yeah, sideview is like Zelda 2 or Super Mario. It's sidescrolling, in essence. A bit trickier to pull off, though.

In top down view, however, you can't just walk off into a pit or something and have the boots activate. You need the Roc's Feather first to get the boots to activate after you jump.

Just make sure the Hover Boots are set as an 'Equipment Item'!

If they're not it's a default template bug.

Well, bugs tend to have a user-end workaround, or you have to wait for the developer to fix the code.

If you're not using any scripting or new features at all, Just download v2.10 and use it.

@ cristian and Joe123 i already said that i have 2.5 and i use 2.5 because i have vista so if i get the 2.10 version that works with vista will it deleat the quests i made with 2.5

Number 1: 2.10.2 works with Vista. I don't remember where I got it, but it does work.

Number 2: The hover boots work fine.

Number 3: My head hurts, I need an Ibuprofen...

2.5 is much better than 2.10 though.
