I don't think it's that new features are being added, at least not in that sense, but that the features necessary to 2.5 are being finished. ... I.e. slashable candles are being added, while Z3 rooms are not.

Yes, I know that e won't be any new ones now, I would still like to be able to copy and paste palettes.
Or... is this allredy possible?

You just have to copy each CSet separately.
It's not ideal, but it's not too much effort.

I wish there was a setting where you can change Link's tile/sprite when you get a ring/item. For example, hatless Link sprite gets the "blue ring" item and becomes Link sprite with hat. That would be great.

Turbon714. That's easily done. It's called Link Tile Modification.

I thought of something I would like: All tiles are ripped as 8bit automatically, then if you want 4bit you can convert them. Or set up the leech mode were when you leech in 8bit or what not they are leech properly not scattered around.

Nah. What Freedom and Peteo are saying still holds true. What's actually happening is that while it's true that people can dream, certainly, it's also true that if enough people keep "dreaming," things will snowball and it will go right back to people asking for new things, even outside of the borders of dreaming for things.
It all depends on how much you know of the current state of the ZC world and how much progress it's making. If you're well informed, you'd be keeping it to a minimum. If you weren't, then it's a matter of wisdom, or dare I say, intelligence to stop and read.

Well, yeah. If we get people asking for unreasonable features, then they're not dreaming right! But I think sideview ladders, palette deletion, etc. are all reasonable features that need to be in the post-2.5 version.
