1. Water being fixed as I move along.
2. Blue Moblins now do 4 HP (1 Heart) of damage with their arrows and body contact..
3. Blue Octorocks now do 4 HP (1 Heart) of damage with their rocks and body contact.
4. Red Tektites now do 4 HP (1 Heart) of damage with body contact
Needs fixing, need to know how:
4. Whistle stairs should not show up when burn secrets are triggered (Gleeok, help!)
