Tile grabber is fixed to a 16x16 grid. Is there a way to change it so it's pixel perfect instead?

The S key alternates the snapping between 16 pixels, 8 pixels, and 1 pixel. After ripping in your tiles, you can also shift things around in a selected tile block by holding alt and pressing the arrow keys. This is handy for re-centering ripped tiles.
