I had been a devoted user of IE until a few weeks ago when I tried Firefox, I regret not using it earlier. Which do you guys prefer?

I've always loved Firefox. I don't get any nasty pop ups and it's just so much faster... Plus, if your computer randomly shuts off and you were in the middle of something [as it's happened to me before] you can resume your session as soon as the computer starts back up, like nothing ever happened. Very handy.

Someone actually voted for IE? O_o Must've never tried Firefox.

I agree with GC over there ^_^ Firefox, tis nice. Plus Firefox likes PureZC. IE doesn't seem to like PureZC, whenever I use IE.

I've never used Fire Fox. But I plan to install it very soon. Right now I'm using IE (with AOL) and it's fine for me. But Firefox is better, I guess. At least, that's what everyone keeps telling me.

Firefox easily. IE is open to more viruses, FF has more features and is faster.

Same story I have. I got FireFox just to get around the aggravation of having my IE freeze for a while before loading them, and I loved FireFox ever since. It's just smooth sailing (or web surfing, in this case. ).

Firefox.
It's faster, more reliable, has tabs (though IE had to copy that), is completely customisable with skins and widgets and toolbars, it's got the resume option for when something happens to it, it has a large community willing to add to it what they can, it has less bugs and glitches than IE, and it's just generally more adaptable. It just feels right to use firefox, and it has since the first time I tried it.

I'm guessing you're the one person who chose IE? I don't get your post, being that the faster your browser is the quicker images load.

I prefer Firefox not because it is less prone to spyware and all that stuff. IE's bars takes up like half the screen and when you want to go back some pages on an invision board like this, it doesn't go back.

But I like Opera better than firefox cause it's a lot faster for me.

Well depends for me Firefox when browing the internet butt IE when i use the internet to buy things (because of my Northen only works with it)

Firefox, 'nuff said.

Firefox and Opera both adhere to web standards, unlike IE, which you gotta hack at to get it to work, and it's a major pain in the ass for web developers like me.

I'm a firefox person. Not for security or anything like that, purely a matter of taste.

I primarily use Opera, but I do prefer Firefox over Internet Explorer for it's features and convenience.

I use IE and nothing else, but I hand it to FireFox... it is better.

But I'm not the one who voted for IE.
