Sparkrulean has been placed on a 7 day ban for excessive spamming, despite numerous warnings from the staff.

This ban also includes losing shoutbox privileges.

sparkrulean's ban has been lifted, but he is in limited users for a week again until we get the probation group in.

However, Kevin has been banished for good (and possibally deleted) since this was sparkrulean registering a new account since he had a cow for us being 30 minutes late on unbanning him.
