power bracelet is underground river,, need the raft to get it

you get the raft at the desert at this castle >> HERE

the go to the outside and push the standing red guard,
walk you way till you get the river, use the raft and go HERE
,
assuming you have the sword and bow and arrows, if no, go get it, or won't work

I've gotten the raft already, and I'm sure I've seen the underground river, I just gotta go find it again. Edit: Found the river. Exactly where I remember it was!

However, there are supposed to be two treasures "down stream for you to get" What is the second?

As always, Vravelo comes through! Now how about the answer to my question regarding Link to Hyrule 2?

yupe , the other treasure is a heart container down the stream, press left before making to the end
,
that room on link to hyrule 2,, is cracking my head, since I had troubles with v2.10
only can carry small amount of bombs to test all those walls
will try tonight again with v.798 hope its works

Nope, cant push left anywhere before the end. I held down left the entire final raft ride, and got nowhere
