[Nightmare]

I was wondering if I should do another ZC quest before I make my farewell song from this. What do you guys think, and what should I do if I do it?

YES! It was exactly yesterday when I thought about you. If I remember well, you once made a thread about one of your game areas being used in an official game. I also remember your unique styled challenge quests. So go for another!

I hear you not only asking if you could do one, rather if what quest it should be. I think you should keep to challenge quests, but with some new, more detailed style. Using the features of 2.5, and adding minimal story in, you could make another quest that people won't forget.

Your quests are hard yet beatable, most hard quests these days are just hard and impossible to win without frame by frame precision.

Please, I would love to see you make another challenging master piece.

EDIT: as noted, graphics are a big downside to your current quests but the gameplay isn't!

I would like to play remake version of James Quest2.

Well having completed both James Quests, New Quest, and your finished up version of DemoEX, I could definitely go for another in those styles. Of course, I don't believe you should have to bow to the masses and go for any different type of tileset. The classic is just that, classic. And you pull it off everytime.

I enjoy the challenges that your quests bring (though I didn't make it all of the way through New Quest 2 for some reason that I forget).

You should check out the 2.5 betas for this Nightmare. There's lots of things to make designing easier.

Take for example....the Enemy Editor. Plus I did tell you that I would script stuff for you.


Make James Quest 3?

Yes! Yes! Yes! Your quests are among my all-time favorties. I would love either New Quest 3, James Quest 3, or something entirely original but with the same "hard but beatable" quality.

I can honestly say JQ2 is among my favorite custom quests of all time.

Demo Tileset? That one's the edited Z1 graphics tileset, right? Sounds good to me. There just aren't enough classic quests made any more.
