Hello friends!
Sorry for my English, I am translating by google.
I am here again to present a new project. This project is called "Link the Hero of Time." The quest will be platform and will have some similarities to the game Sonic.
Will be 7 stages with 3 acts each. It will take an extra step at the end. The goal is to collect 7 emeralds through the special stages.

Storyline
In a vast forest, lives the youth Link with his forest friends. In this forest, a temple guards seven magic emeralds that protect all the life forms of the forest.
One day he wakes up and finds out that his friends were kidnapped. Link immediately runs to the temple of the forest to get the emeralds and try to rescue them, but finds nothing. Then, a fairy appear and warn him that a big pig named Ganon want these emeralds to rule over Hyrule, and because of that he has transferred the emeralds to seven locations that are spread throughout Hyrule. Ganon right now, is building a big castle where he can reign over all the land. Link goes in search of the emeralds as the fairy’s telling, to defeat Ganon and his evil plans.

An interesting looking sideview project. I see a lot of new tiles. The LoZ enemies and sprites with them looks... interesting. Will the exact same graphics be in the game? Those screens look like old pictures and such, weren't there some image distortion? Or it's just because it's JPG?

Well, I am using in this quest by only 8 color palettes in a way that appears to be an old game. And I did all the tiles manually. There is still some touches to the areas but the rest is almost playable.

man...! amazing screen , beautiful design, hope you finish this some day..!
only thing I don't like is the white pig you use for your page
even those slippers black and white don't match since is a day lite?

The quest is 70% completed, the problem now is to wait out a new build of ZC.
It is fully playable, just add a few details missing as houses, plants, some objects in the background.
This game will have a continuation that will be implemented.

So, if this is to resemble, a little, of Sonic, whats the name of the main character? Sonink or Linic?

Does gathering all the emeralds grant the main character a Super Form? icon_razz.gif

You're a pretty good artist, if you drew all that yourself.

Super Link in this quest? I want to do this in a future version. Or not. icon_razz.gif

but not be sad icon_ohmy.gif . Even after finishing the 7 areas Link can return to pick up other items that would not secret to pick up before the items without the other areas.

Wow! Your screenshots look excellent! I love all the new graphics. The only place that doesn't look very good at all to me though, is Emerald Yard; What's with all the randomly placed tiles? Well anyway, I can't wait to play it! _L_ had better hurry up and release a new 2.5 build. icon_razz.gif

I played everything through on this beta and I must say it's wonderful! Absolute perfect!

The graphics are Classic, yet completely new! The cave interior looks really old-timer with those strong black stripes and the castle in the background is like an old photo... Absolute. Perfect.

The gameplay is wonderful, too. Jumping and slashing around is really nice, the elevations match the height of the jumps and the Classic enemies get really new in this environment.

I think I found all secrets, even the red crystal, guarded by two bats. It took a few time before I realized where the boss key was. I defeated the boss some times before I finally had that key.

Only bug I saw was that the subscreen items (sword, feather) sometimes weren't selectable and they swapped around randomly. But that's a ZC bug.

Thank you for opinion.
The problem is the exchange of items of ZC but as a quest uses much the penalty is possible to choose the item you want.
I am making several drawings depicting the history of the quest. I hope you enjoy.
