Remember in Minish Cap, when you pressed pause, there were 3 subscreens that you flipped between?
Is it possible to make a script like that? I don't even know if you can make scripts for the subscreen...
Thanks!

There are no subscreen specific scripts, and scripts stop running when the subscreen is loaded.
What you could do is check if Link is pressing L and Start or R and Start at the same time, then warp him to a duplicate DMap with the flipped subscreen on, but I really wouldn't class it as worth the effort.

Okay... I'm going to leave it be.

Probably best, it's lots of effort and I don't know who might want to code it for you but I don't.

Too bad, that sounded like an amazing idea... I would've liked to use that script. There's no way to make it so subscreens do NOT disable scripts? I thought scripts could do basically anything?

They can, and they can do this, just it'd mean having 2 duplicate dmaps for every dmap where the subscreen shows.
Not worth the effort.
And scripts don't run while the subscreen is up, it's just the way the system works.
You can't script round that without re-scripting the subscreen.
(Which is possible actaully...)

You may try to make a FAKE Subscreen using warps and storing dmap locations, and disable the start button all together. I think...

Oh yeah that'd be quite easy, script up an ffc subscreen.
You'd probably have to script all of Link's items though, and that wouldn't be so easy.

3 subscreens? ONE subscreen is already way too hard to make.
