A user will say either "NOW" or "THEN" along with a word, sentence, or phrase of any kind. The replying user will respond with the opposite "THEN" or "NOW" respectively with a sentence responding to the previous user's sentence. And then the user will come up with a "NOW" or "THEN" statement of their own.
