Part 1

If bats can suck out my lifeblood, why can't I return the favor?

I enjoyed watching this and am looking forward to the next episodes. It's been a long time, and there are several things in the quest I'd do differently now (including some dungeon screens looking too plain, too many enemies at times, some relatively obscure tricks and uneven difficulty in the early dungeons, as well as some of the later dungeons being larger than they ought to have been), but seeing this quest being played again is a pleasant trip to memory lane.

Been a while since I LP'd this quest.  Lots of dungeons, but luckily pretty linear.  Honestly liked this and Hyrule's Resurrection more than Promised Lands, probably because of fewer customized things.

Bat Cave can be tricky.  Door spam as much as possible.

Level 3 I think had 4 heart damage spikes, which is punishing if you run out of magic.

Level 9, let's not go into the cheap-ness of that place.  Good thing for a strategy that I had to come up with to improvise.

At this point, it looks like Jamian designed the dungeons maps before doing the individual rooms.  It seems like a neat way of structuring it all.  Even if it isn't, it's probably better than anything I'd come up with.

One would think that a fortress made entirely out of metal would be very sturdy, but also very expensive to build.

The names of these dungeons are straight and to the point, but they don't always reveal what you find within.

It's all about supply and demand... or the demand for me to supply the demand... I think...

I think, the Blue Cave is a very neat thematic concept.  Unfortunately, I don't think a Red Cave would work as well, as the red enemies tend to be weaker.  There are ways around this of course, but still...

Illusion (n): 4. psychology mistaken sensory perception: a misinterpretation of an experience of sensory perception, especially a visual one, where the stimuli are objectively present and the mistaken perception is due to physical rather than psychological causes

Seeing the invisible and the hidden can only do so much when you can't see the future as well.
