SotW Dropbox?

Well, I've been thinking about this for quite a while, and perhaps it may be a good idea to have this instead of having you send PMs to whoever is doing this, so you know that if one person is not here, it will still be seen by someone else that is able to do the SotW for that certain week. You'd also be able to post any issues you may have with the contest or whatnot in the dropbox. All you would have to do, is make a new topic in the dropbox, labeled with the something similar to the following. "Screenshot of the Week ###" or "SotW###" So, what do you think? If you have any other ideas, be sure to send them my way. Thanks everyone.

It sounds like a good idea. I can't see why the dropbox thing can't be stretched to something like this.

Uh, dropbox? Like, a new forum...?
It would kind of take away the excitement of viewing all the entries for that week's shot at once. I think PMing it is just fine...but delayed sotw's aren't too good either...

Hoten, the concept of a dropbox is basically where only a certain group of people (in this case, staff and SotW owners) can see the content posted there. Post the topic and it can be seen only by that select group, inside and outside of said forum.
So therefore it takes the trouble out of the PM box.
I'm thumbs up to this idea.

Oh, in that case ignore than one No up there...I've never heard of the dropbox feature. Sounds cool. Do it!

In other words, it's just like the Staff Dropbox, but instead with the picture and a caption.
That's okay with me - It will eliminate the need of notifications on where to send PMs every time the SOTW staff changes.
