If all you need is the strict how-to on how the editor is used, these resources may be of use to you. If you're asking about the deeper intricacies of dungeon design, you're going to need to put a bit more effort into your posts. Two word caps lock replies aren't helping the discussion any more than the posts in this thread making jokes.

NOT That, i need a tool to help me make dungeon maps

By dungeon maps do you mean:

  • Planning documents for making a dungeon? I know a handful of people just use old fashioned pencil and graph paper for that. I personally use Gimp and make minimaps out of pixel art, but my plans rarely go super high detail. I usually make a grid by drawing out one screen and then using Filters>Map>Tile to tile it for however big I need my map to be.
  • Minimaps for the DMap editor? Outside of the default grid of checkboxes, this just uses tile blocks so the ZQuest tile editor or any paint program can handle it. If you're looking for a minimap template they can be found in the Classic tileset on page 63 and below. And the large map on 75.
  • Image export a full map from the program? In ZQuest you can do View>View Map... and check Save to File (Mapmaker) and it will export your map as an image titled zquest_map[Number].png. In ZC you can hit the F5 key to print a map of everything you've visited, though I believe this only works on quests that allow the spacebar map.
  • The actual game design of making a dungeon? There is no tool for this more advanced than ZQuest itself and likely never will be.
