I'll make the beginning, with this idea, I'm working out.
...it's still in progress.
Gonna work out some more details of the Angel ( Vampire) mural.
...but it may not become, too sharp and detailed.
It shall keep this dirty, washed out effect.
The bricks, in the frame are also unfinished.
Excepting the "Press Start" Font (which is a FFC), it's all in 1-image...
...not using layers.
Only the blue skin of the Angel, and some colors of his sword are made with 8-bit colors.
Everything else is made with one 16 color palette.
(Palette CSet 11, in my custom palette - I called this palette "16 Shades of Grey".
