There's something weird. When you buy either Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow or Portrait of Ruin brand new, when you open it the cartridge is always upside-down. Was the cartridge upside-down you opened your copy?

Let me guess, you bought your copies at Gamestop. Well, to answer the question, mine were normal.

I bought both of mine at Best Buy, and mine were normal too. You must of bought from a bad batch.

I'm sure.

Anyway, why is it important whether it was upside-down or not?

And mine were filled with spam and rulebooks! icon_biggrin.gif

Stop with the spam, SD. I know you've seen the rules, I know that you know the rules, so stop breaking them.

It means some guy in the assembly line was tired and couldn't tell up from down. Or maybe Best Buy has some secret, never before discovered used game project where they package them as new. It's an oddity.

Because he could have gotten ripped off buying used games while being priced and advertised as new. Though Game Stop is the only store I know of that does that. Hopefully it was packaged wrong.

Ah. Well, if you suspect that, Trimaster, I'd go ahead and return it and get a new one, just to be safe.
