Well, I have this free program called CamStudio, which lets you record things on your computer screen, along with your voice or from the speakers.
You can get it here: CamStudio Download Here
Thats what I use, except you can't record both speaker and microphone sounds, I don't think. I just got it last night, but I recommend it.
