It's a "7-bit" palette, meaning that everything is designed to work with 8-bit mode, but the colors for the levels and the colors for the sprites are kept seperate, so that you can easily use level palettes.
And, if anyone decides to use this, I'll make your lives easier and give away the .pal files associated with it so you can just use GraphicsGale to speed up recoloring.

Usually, I prefer to work with very low-saturation palettes, but I felt like seeing if I could get a high-saturation palette to work. Have fun with that. Whee.

I have no way to show pics so I can not show you how it looks here.
Can you make really red colors for me? I'm really bad at making colors
I would be glad if you can. Thanks!

Here is a screen from one of Relic's overworlds.
Here it is again, colored for the Potence OW palette:
The dirt came out a bit off, but other than that...

I must say, I believe my personal 8-bit palette is mo' crunk than that which anyone can hope to achieve. And, o'course, I gotta' give major credit to Mr. Z for his original palette that I edited to my crunkness.
It's just too damn bad that the ZC devs are slacking so hard on that 2.5 release. For now, my tileset is on hold until there's a stable version with which to use it.

Umm no. Never again. The majority of the palette ( 97%) was made by Mr. Z, so it really isn't your palette. Thats like changing the water of the Pure palette and calling it yours.

The difference between my palette and his is two new csets that I added, plus I rearranged the black/white palette so the default text color would be white instead of black. Adding two whole csets isn't comparable to changing four colors in one cset. Mr. Z contributed 81% of my main palette, to be exact. Not 97%.

I like this palette in how 90% of the colors are very low-saturation, and I like low saturation for some odd reason. But, of course, I'm sure someone who is much more experienced could do much better...
