Wow. Just... wow. It's great that she wasn't kidnapped as you thought, but as Moony said, he's probably going to do some time regardless of the circumstances. Glad that you know she's okay, though.

Yeah, kidnappers tend to manipulate the victims... So, while I'm happy to hear that you've heard more and knows she's alive, she's probably manipulated. Yes, you say that if it where you being kidnapped, you wouldn't get manipulated, but you would. When you are with a person over a longer time and you KNOW that he could kill you, but he doesen't, you would get to like the person, EVEN if he kidnapped you.

Ebola, what I meant is that they won't drop the charges. They're just that insensitive. They don't care about the victim if they can't get their hands on the kidnapper.

All those talking about victim "manipulation"... it's called "Stockholm syndrome", where the victim develops a bond with the kidnapper.
Anyway, great news to hear she's ok. I think you should just TELL the guy the charges are dropped so he brings her back in, then arrest his arse and lock the girl up with a counselor... poor girl.

Thank god she didn't get kidnapped..my mom has been in situations like that when she was a teen, its sick that are girls are not as safe as us
