Found 212 now. Now all I need is that 'last extra secret special dungeon'

For those having trouble fining the really secret dungeons: 2 are entered from another dungeon, and the last is a secret overworld area accessed from an overworld. 

 

But since I can guess which one no one has found yet...

 

That one distant dungeon doesn't really live up to it's name. It's not crazy enough. Perhaps there is more to it?

 

Those overworld stairs are bugged, but don't lead to any secret. I might have one final beta coming, but all it does is fix those bugs and adds a message regarding the hardest to find secret dungeon mentioned above. So I might simply release the quest soon instead.

Oddly, I'm missing the overworld hidden level. The one mentioned above I already found, if that's what I think it's referring to

The super secret levels are more tests of observation than obscure locations (besides the one mentioned above, thus why I'm adding the hint). Someone has already found that secret overworld area just by exploring and trying things and being rewarded for trying something different. But for a hint:

 

Notice how water you can't swim in looks a little different. This solid water usually borders the sides of an overworld. But what if it didn't, on the one screen where it would be interesting to see where the water goes?

 

I won't add a hint in the quest, considering how... interesting this area is. It's pretty much a big joke level. Almost as if it was from an April Fool's Day Quest nobody noticed...

Hmm, I suspect where I should be looking, but nothing after trying all my items. Just a dead end path there.

I actually found the overworld area by accident... I saw how the water was not solid, so I laddered over there (bug you should fix, BTW) and found it. Came back after getting the flippers. Now, 3 questions:

 

Where exactly are the 2 other secret levels? 

How do I get to the east side of the Distant Overworld]

and How do I activate that secret by the tree in a screenshot somebody posted somewhere in this topic?

Best to draw a map of the place to learn which doors lead where.  You're basically going to aim for the lower left section.

 

And all right, finally have 214 items now.  So once the final version goes up, after a quick test, I can start recording a run of this.

I know where everything basically leads, but I cant find the item after looking everywhere. Do I have to do something special? What enemies are in the room?

One of the rooms in the lower left section of the map you'll be going down into a room that isn't on the map.  Small and cramped room with a boss enemy

Which room, exactly? The one in the very southwest corner? the one next to that? the one above the one next to that? the one southwest from the very center?

So once the final bits get updated and the final version comes out, should be able to start recording an LP of this
