actually, if my hosting service would allow uploads again (currentley, they oly offer hosting services to those who had files before they went down, and they can't accept uploads right now...), I could provide a very nice gif program that's free*. I use it all the time to convert my bmps into gifs, and it does it so they can't be ripped into ZQuest (very easily, anyway)
*the program costs money, but I have another program that creates a registration key for it for free (notice the lack of * next the the previous 'free')
