No love for Quest of Light? 
If I haven't picked that option, Randomizer Modern (Super) would be my second choice. I've already beaten the butt out of this quest several times, thanks to a walkthrough of the item locations I've written for myself. (please don't ask me for it)

The Hero's Memory, definitely. If this quest keeps popping up, I'll vote for it every time 
Though tbh, Quest of Light or Randomiser would be 2nd.
