It's possible, but you'll need to make a hell of a lot of combos. You can use timed warps to fill up his magic/health, by placing items over Link. I'm not good at explaining things well, so I'll let someone else take it from here.

Corrected for comprehension's sake:
To make a cutscene... Never mind, here's an example: you go to the last boss and you can't hurt him. You're supposed to die but when you're dieng, a cut scene comes where the triforce pieces go to each town you got them from. The people tell you "Get up, you can do it, ect." Then link snaps out of it and gives you his power but the evil keeps control of him longer and this time your magic and hearts are full and you can hurt the boss. Is that possible?
From Zelda's Adventure.
Seriously, take a minute to look through what you write.
This can all be done but it would be difficult. You'd have to make the original fight (the one where you can't hurt the boss) as a part of the cutscene, then warp to the various other scenes. Then you'd have to warp link onto a fairy spot to heal him, then to the actual fight.
EDIT: missed one

This really is quite simple. It will also make it quite impossible to beat your quest with one continue.
First off, make a new dmap for when Link enters the boss fight.
The first scene you make should have the boss that you can't hurt. Then, have it so there are many things attacking Link so he dies. Then on your Dmap options, set the continue to another screen with the revival cutscene on it.
After that you just need a bunch of healing items to get all of the health and magic back.

First:
I'm not assigned as a mod for this forum, but be careful: what you posted would essentially be defined as incomprehensible, because of the lack of punctuation and capitalization. Periods, man! Periods and commas!!
Second:
It is indeed quite possible, and I'm not sure I'd even find it difficult. I would find it difficult to explain. And it would also take quite awhile to set it up.
Third:
A warning about making battles you can't win: players are good. If you make it possible to avoid your boss's attacks, but impossible to damage him, then someone will spend a great deal of time trying to figure out how to win before they realize that it's impossible. So make sure that doesn't happen.
