Well i was just thinking of how cool the Game Boy link would look if he had more detail and better colors. So i decided to recolor him for the PTUX palette.

I didnt know what to do with the hair and everything i tried looked odd so i just left it all black. Any sugestions or help fixing anything about this would be appreciated.

Umm... Eww.

It's a good start, but the colors are inverted. Turn the darkest shade of green into the lightest, and the lightest into the darkest.

i thought i was the only one who noticed that, it really didn't look good and it made Link look out of place.

The shading is reversed, fix this and post up here agian so we can criticize it more.

I switched the colors around and now it looks much better.

Unless I'm just really, really blind, it looks like only one shade of tan was used on his face. Try using the darker shade of tan around the edges of his face, a little on his ears, on his arm, etc.

Try looking at it in ZC.

Hmm... Well, I don't know what's going wrong, but he seems to be really flat. Try making the darker tan more noticable.
