Hmm... Most of these tiles are Game Boy tiles with extra colors and lots of contrast. I personally like the look, but it's an aquired taste...
Also, a few more things about this tileset confused me. The palette supports a whopping 5 shades of brown (it could handle the SD3 tiles I ripped into it quite well, and did a meh job with the TotR ones), but on most tiles you don't use more than 2 or 3. On the tiles that happen to use the 2 darker shades, it's only used for a few pixels. Why didn't you just limit to 4 and add a 4th green (a very good compromise)? Also, There are only 3 shades of green, and the green is not a "changing" color... This can work well in some ways, as you have a 3rd shade of green for grass (and therefore, supported SD3 grass incredibly well, and with a palette edit will handle the TotR grass). But that also makes other colors be the "variable" colors, which is limiting... Also, except for the browns, there are no more than 3 shades of each color available, and as I said above, the other 2 shades of brown aren't even used. So that makes there be a whopping 8 colors that are either wasted or extremely limited in every Cset.
And now on the positive side, if you don't plan on adding any new tiles, this tileset has a nice system and has a unique style on it's own. The combo list is fairly organized, although the tile sheets need some work.
Essentially, this is a nice tileset to use for someone making their first quest, or someone just making something simple and fun. It doesn't have much room for expansion without extreme changes being made, but sometimes this might be just what the quest maker wants.
**** 4 stars!

I decided to take away a star due to all of the tiles in the tile pages that are unorganized and aren't combo'd. Shoot me.

The palette is very unique, though it has to much contrast. I don't see how this is an upgrade to Ccc's tileset when Ccc's looks better. There are VERY few addition, and some are just plain weird. ( Moblins.)
