I am not sure I am following this idea. I am thinking Zelda, and I am trying to think Microsoft Windows at the same time. Perhaps you could explain more about your idea. Give some examples of some of the details.

Do you mean as in, ripping Windows system icons into ZC? That sounds more like a loose tile submission to me, but whatever...


Or do you mean ripping from various Windows/DOS 2d games? This would be harder... But go for it if you want.

I mean like make a tileset that's all Windows stuff. It would maybe be another dimension in QftT. LOL XD.

Haha, good idea. Let's see, you could replace the Triforce with the Windows Logo, the subscreen could be similar to the Start Menu, the whistle could be the volume icon... Too much to list, but sounds great to me.

Either as a tileset or another dimension in QftT, it sounds awesome. Go for it, I'd say.

Well, you're welcome. Eeh, it'll probably end up a good quest.

Excuse while I skim every Windows icon and its description JK.
Now, I had an idea. But this depends on whether QftT is on 2.10 or you're planning to make it for the next version. *searches for all references of QftT* Ah, it's on the newer versions. Okay, then maybe some of the screens could be designed like Computer Desktops, with the start bar and different icons. These areas could be side scrolling areas. That, or, if you choose not to use side-scrolling, the different icons could be random enemies instead of eye-candy. (I couldn't tell you what enemies to put in though. You decide what's best. )

Other than that, I'm lost for suggestions.

Use the subscreen on the bottom, and have it as a blue bar appart from the green start at the left.

When you press start, the subscreen is clear appart from a long list with items etc on it.
