Hmm... Difficult to say. I think, being the birdfag I am, I'll have to go with Swellow. Always loved that Pokémon. Either that or Celebi. (Whoops, I forgot to do my math homework. That's okay, I'll just have Celebi pop me back to a few days ago so I can do it. :V)
If you could only have one Pokemon, and keep it forever...
