The only person's who had any talent in this batch of screenshots is Mr. Z. No offense to the rest of the entrants, but his is the best one of them all. I'm really looking forward to his double vision 2 quest.

Crazy enough to, yes. Way too lazy and unmotivated to though.

The mist is really nice, although it's already becoming overly used.

It's just now starting to show alot, and I've only seen 4 or 5 people using it.. How is it already overused?

Do you consider 1 thing done by less than 10 people to be overly used? If so, you sir, have standards that go way too high for a simple zelda 1 recreation.

becoming is the key word. For now it is still a novelty, but as you've said 4 or 5 people have used it already. I fear this will turn out like Pure NPCs

Probably will. Meaning there'll be a group of five or so people who whine about it being overused while everyone else is like "How is it overused? "

Ah... let's see here... ok, I see tricks way overused. DoY uses them, everyone is wowed, then monkey see monkey do. So why am I not saying they're overused?

OH OH OH!! My bad! I forgot that if I'm using them, they can't possibly be overused. So because I don't use the mist, I think it's going to get overused like everything else.

I agree I just wanted an appropriate location for my ghost and mist is scary. the volcano is sending out smoke and mist ect. how is that overused it's just appropriate scenery for the area.

Mr Z you have a huge fan base & you've got the best personality of all quest designers. Best of all, you're the most humble & humorous quest maker out there. I hope every quest designer learn from you & those who are always so mean just for once learn to be nicer & stop proclaiming the usual boring stuff like eye candy or wrong tileset which we already have heard numerous times & it gets so boring.

I suggest, after Double Vision 2 and Link's Birthday 2 that you take your quest making into a new direction.
