Before you say it. I don't have a (working) account at AGN forums, so I'd like it if someone could please report it there because I can't sem to get it. Anyway, on the Linux version of the "stable" build of 2.10 (2.10.2), I tried to edit the palletes by going to Quest > Graphics > Palettes > Main. But as soon as I click the "main" menu item, ZQuest closes abruptly. Could someone report this please?
Strange bug... (I can't report it either)

Any remedies other than downgrade to 2.10.0?

Not really, unless you pester Sean/Deviance enough to make him release a Linux build for 2.10.1.
Or failing that, use 2.10.1 for Windows (if you have Windows as an alternate OS).
