Another problem in the same minidungeon.

First of all:

DMAP type- Dungeon
Level # - 2 or 10, tried both (Didn't work either way)
Using 2.10.2

Okay, i'm trying to start myself off in a room. It is room 53 or something, and that is where it says I will start on the Dmap.
But when I play, it starts me off in room 59, and i have no idea why. I have no screen datas on or anything. Can someone help? I have NO idea why this is happening.

Check the number in the continue box for the DMap you're using.

That's what i'm talking about, room 53 or something.
That's where I want to go, and it's set.

Go to the Screen on the overworld, where the entrance of the dungeon is. Klick on Screen-TileWarp (or press F10). Did you write the correct number here?

(sorry for my bad english)

Try to put a lower number in the box. You centered your dungeon map over the screens, for the in-game map, right? Well, that ends up offsetting the warp numbers. It's kind of confusing, but it happens. Hope it works for you.

Tried that Yoshidude, but it brought me to the same room.

I don't think that would work Yoshidude, it would end up taking his screen to the northeast from where he is already at. I had thought of that earlier. He'd be appearing on the 4th row down, instead of the 5th row.

What I am thinking though Lynker, is that you need to go to your Quest menu, and go to DMaps, select whichever DMap that is giving you the issue, and under the map, should be a bar that you can adjust the map, slide that to the left or right, and figure out where your starting room is within that map there, because you can't put in the number of the actual screen it's on. Figure it out on that map, and put the new number in that spot.

It might actually be slightly different looking, because I am using a 2.5 Build, and you said you are on 2.10.2, but you should get the general concept. The map on the left is where you need to determine what the number of the screen you want to start out on. Hope this helps you out.

I changed it up a bit, but now it's bringing me to a room right next to the one I didn't want to go to....

This is one of the more irritating aspects of that 8x8 room Cave/Dungeon/BS OW type Dmap spacial allotment, but it still must be dealt with. Basically, you can keep fudging the numbers, a little up, a little down, until the "Go" button sends you to the right room. Remember, it doesn't just go from 1-9; letters are in it too.

Alrighty, I sent you the PM reply. You need to set it to take you to 12, then it will take you to screen 16 like you want. It's quite weird why it works this way, but it works. Good luck.
