Edit the Triforce fragment item. Check the "Equipment Item" box. I think that should do it.
By the way, level 2 seems to be unwinnable without cheating. Unless I'm quite mistaken, the warp that should go to the hookshot uses the wrong tile warp.

I changed the DMap type to NES dungeon, and changed a few screens to interior screens with the screen data dialogue. It still doesn't work. The DMap level is 2 and the correct Triforce part is set to 2 and 7.
Any help?
this may not help you but the triforce pieces should apear even for a overworld map that is set for 1 or higher but i am only saying this for little peices since ive never used big peices

^He's well beyond that. He has the correct labelling of Dmaps, it just wouldn't collect.
Let us know what fixes it.

Oh yeah, it is fixed. The problem was that it wasn't labeled as an Equipment item. The box was unchecked after I picked up the first piece.

Does it refill your life now? Because I don't think it was doing that before

As of 5 seconds ago, heart containers do that instead.
