If an enemy is carried over from a different screen in a full screen warp, does their HP refill? I want to make some bosses that have different "attacks" as the battle goes on, via timed warps, but obviously don't want their HP refilling each time.

If an enemy is carried over it stays the same. No new attacks, no hp refilled.

Enemies carried over don't count towards enemies killed in the current room though, worth baring in mind. So if you are in room X and enter room Y carrying over enemies from the former and then kill them in the latter, then leaving and re-entering room Y normally all enemies slots filled in that room will still spawn.
