You're banned because the 10th enemy couldn't really have the bomb. The only enemy that can hold an item is the first. Or was it an "Enemies->Item" thing?

EDIT:I'm banned for trying to fix itme but instead made it itmem. And for making about 3 typos when typing that.

You're banned because the tenth enemy must not be referring to enemy 10 in the list, but rather to a certain enemy somehow distinguished as number ten.
