I tried making some male  movement sprites (was meant to be the ranger, did bard by accident) by editing Koten's Link tiles, I hope Dragon De Platino doesn't mind, but the results when I tried myself were... well, this looks phenomenal by comparison:
 

 
EDIT: Decided leather armor was more Ranger-like, so here's the default for the new tileset:

Still looking for someone who can make female versions, or improve the ones I've made. It's just beyond me. Otherwise, I may have to only include male player characters, because I really can't draw the females.
